Creation of the visual identity, packaging, and illustrations for Outra Coisa, a Brazilian alcoholic beverage that combines an unusual mix of flavors with a graphic language full of contrasts, humor, irreverence, and a good dose of nonsense.

Outra Coisa is a Brazilian alcoholic mixed drink that combines rum, mate, pineapple, lime, and lemongrass. Born from an idea shared by a group of friends, it brings together an unconventional mix of ingredients to stand out in a relatively new but already crowded market. At its core, the brand is all about mixing things: flavors, people, and references.

Building on this concept, we developed the visual identity, logo, label, and a universe of illustrations that reflect the drink's unexpected character. Contrasts, bold colors, and freely shaped elements create a visual language that finds harmony in the combination of different forms. The logo features custom-drawn letterforms, combining bold shapes, curves, and creases that echo the contrast of flavors and reinforce the brand's irreverent tone.

Illustration plays a central role in this identity. With a loose drawing style that deliberately avoids perfect shapes and proportions, characters, objects, and situations bring together humor, acidity, and playful provocation. There's an intentional sense of weirdness and nonsense in the compositions, mirroring the drink's unusual combination of ingredients. Balancing the friendly with the sharp, order with chaos, the identity turns mixing into its main form of expression, celebrating gatherings, parties, and the coming together of different people and influences.
